MY STORY
My name is Reuben Togolani Mbwambo, I live in Tanzania in East Africa. I am a medical laboratory assistant. I was employed for some hospital such as Ngamiani government district hospital in Tanga and Makanya SDA dispensary.

I AM MARRIEDE, MY WIFE IS MONICA
In the year 1997 – 2003 I was employed at Makanya dispensary under the seventh day Adventist church. While I was working in a dispensary I was happy to attend several people o f the Maasai tribe.
I came close to them; I made a friendship with Mr Kabulule a Maasai boy who came from a village known as Changarikwa. I wanted to know more about health services at their village. He told me that there were no medical service at their village unless you go at least 10 – 20 KM following a nearby dispensary.
In 2003 I resigned from working Makanya dispensary so as to go and implement the medical store at Changarikwa village. After a time I opened another store at Kwalukonge, all I wanted to be near with my friends Maasai.
The ministry of health in Tanzania is not recommended some service in a medical store, such as; family planning, vaccination, HIV investigation etc. so I prayed that one day if god wishes, it is my dream to open my own dispensary so as to help the Maasai in different services.
After at least 7 years to live with Maasai their villages, so in 2008 I started the program of opening my dispensary. I wanted to build a dispensary which could give curative and maternity service to pregnant women too.
In the year 2010 I was were given a acceptance order to start my own dispensary at Makuyuni, known as COGI, registration No. 042203 from ministry of health in Tanzania.
I built the dispensary by using my own money. A lot of Maasai come to the dispensary to get services.
In the year 2015, I have decided to supply the hospital equipments and laboratory equipments for secondary school.

Therefore to marry wives is a boasting thing to a rich Maasai’’ he told.
I asked him the ability he have so as to give pregnancy to all his wives? He told me, ``No the some children are not mine. It is the another men.
